For the gallery, someone can use his free account to host it. If no one wants, then I can use my account (yes, I am a registered user ); but in that case, only me will be able to upload, and I might not be always available at anytime.

Gallery Boss? heheh
Well that's okay; I'd love PHP access then. Makes admin'ing a lot more convenient. But I think the gallery should have a separate address.
Not: http://daxx909.madtracker.net/gallery, but http://gallery.madtracker.net.
Actually, it doesn't require much work anymore, but I could expand its capabilities... when I have access to PHP!
(And ehm... I *do* have a backup this time! pfew! heheh) |

Quite simple: everybody with with a pro registration appears in Yannick's database. So everybody in that database (paying or not) is able to get 30megs. |

What do I (I'm registered Pro) do with the 30 MB web hosting? Give me an example. Do I have different pages and all that html stuff? Do I program it on the web or offline using other software? I'd like to put MT2 music I made online, etc....how; or where do I learn? Etc., etc. I guess I have alot to learn in this subject. |

Yes, I guess the hosting is meant for us to share music files, mt2's as mp3's as long as it is related to madtracker. And yes, you can make a index page so you can see this a bit as a new site for yourself. To make external links you'll have to have a index page. And that's something I am really bad at too
Maybe it's an idea if someone could help out with a standard index page that could be used by all thoose who needs a first page but can't make one? I mean there is a lot of registred madtracker users out there and it would be a shame if they all couldn't take advatage of this new hosting thing
Cheers and Hut

A standard index page that is selected by default would be a good idea, and shouldn't be too hard to make. Then if someone wants to make something more special, he's free to do so. |
