Hi all,

I want to show you what kind of music GenX is standing for. All posted tracks are done only with FT II, you know the good old one, some of this projects are begun with the good old AMIGA and converted to the PC via CrosDos Wink
Our music is only for private use, there are no commercial thoughts, so samples and ideas for remixes are taken from everywhere.

After a long time of "no tracking" I now want to restart the project GenX, and at the search for a good tracking program I found MadTracker.

Later on I want to post some of our "never ended" XMs, free to use and make remixes of them for you when you are interested in that. And of course when I'm registering MT I will post my (or our) new productions (may be my old companion will not longer be part of GenX)Crying or Very sad.
But now let’s start, all tracks are mp3 mostly 128 k/bps:

May be one of our best old one we've done with FT II, but the bassline needs to be changed I think...
[A kind of dance / hip hop.]

Our try to do some jungle - style music:
In The Summer
Not realy jungle, but the same period of composing:

One of our older but better songs, the name says all.

This is a song I want to go on with, it's a bit like the old Prodigy style, I want to make it mor harder and with more breakbeats sometime.

Old school Techno / Rave in 1999 by GenX:
X-tra AC
Let The Beat Come In

How drunken we have must been to do this psycho - track...!
Psycodelic

Easy listening...
Observer

I never finished my girlfriend, so I never finished the song I wrote for her...
Slow kind of romantic music.
Mr.X

Finaly, my first try in MadTracker. It's far away from final, think it must be hearded twice before you can say something about it.

That’s all for the moment. Reviews and opinions are very welcome. If anyone is interested I will post links with XM’s.

Indeed some nice oldschool breakbeat and stuff! Interesting listening material, for that matter.

As for Dreamin': big up! Very interesting beats, good usage of vocals, and nice rolling basslines. Keep me informed about this little gem in progress Smile

Kind regards,
Inge
