Hi SoulEye´s and my idea was it to create an automation-mask you can lay over your pattern. So you see while editing your music ya effects in the background of each channel. (Each effect could have an other color or so  ).
Another idea is to make an alt-marked (i mean the alt key) editable. If you mark a part in a channel (example 20 line) this should be visible in the automation-windows (or mask) AND copyable. /alt F4 F5).
