Rewire loop problems....and MIDI Patch changes [RC5 fix1] |

Hi,
The MIDI in rewire changes are great Yannick - it works really well now...Thanks! 
1. When Rewired with Cubase SX2, I can't change the loop position in Cubase...it just goes back to the length of the MadTracker song.
2. When it loops - cubase loops to a different location compared with the MadTracker loop... and as a consequence Cubase and MadTracker are no longer playing the at the same position in the song.
3. The automatic "MIDI patch change command" keeps on messing up my instrument settings... Is there an option to turn this off?
I set up all the patches on the actual synths, then I cycle through the sounds to find the "right" one as the music's playing.
