Interesting, but hard to accomplish. You need quite some bandwidth, but - far more important - a huge database of music, including all relevant parameters specified per song (style, author, time, intro, outro, et cetera). It's probably not the kind of thing you would set up in an afternoon.
Furthermore, is there a genuine interest by a broad audience for such a thing? I haven't looked at the MT surveys yet (anyone willing to write a thesis for me, so that I can dig into the survey-shizzle?), but if it is much requested, then Yannick and I could always have a look at the possibilities.

I would perhaps listen more if I had better bandwith than ISDN. But I would not want this radio if it slowed the site down.
If the radio were to broadcast every new song that is promoted in the music section of the forum one might not get the best quality of music, but perhaps we would get an increase in actice users of the forum. And perhaps a broader and even more active comunnity!? |

Credible Lulk want uncommercial webradio to listen to when at college. Use fast college internet for music-listening.
