The "9D xxyy" command doesn't seem to work as I believe it should.
If my understanding is correct, "9D 8005" (for example) is supposed to be equivalent to effect commands 980 and ED5, but that's not the result I'm getting.
Can anyone else verify that 9D is faulty?

I just tried and the effect seems to work. The note delay part is correct (starts at tick y). And the sample starts at the given offset (xx00).
What differences are you getting exactly?
