Sorry, the rule for reviews of first songs is that they have to be harsh 
naah, for a first song this one is actually off to a pretty good start. It sounds a bit too empty however. I think you need to add some background filling sooner.
The piano and sawtooth are not in sync quite in the beginning. The piano does these extra things that don't quite fit imo. The idea is good, I just think you need to work a bit more on getting the piano and sawtooth to support each other. Now they sound a bit like they're doing their own independent thing instead. Also, the sawtooth is too loud, everytime it's playing it sort of drows everything else.
I like the basskick pattern, but in general the drums could be a bit more variating also. You now basically have two different patterns that you alternate (not counting the break).
It's good that you've panned out the instruments a bit, gives the track more width.
I'm not too fond of instr 18. It sounds missplaced, just as the sawtooth does sometimes. I also miss a dedicated bassline.
In general, like I said, it's off to a good start. I see potential in the pianomelody and the drums, but the rest I'd try to work a bit on. |

Thanks for the comments! I understand your hate for instrument 18!!! I really need to work on tweaking those plugins. Those were the first plugins i have used on MadTracker, and I have tried some new stuff since then. My second song is really wierd! I'll work on the harmony and pump up the drums a little and I'll get back to you on this one Also to PyroZane: I LOVE PULSE ZONE!!!! ME LOVE IT SOO MUCH!  Thanx for the praise!!! |
