WIP: The Paper, a 2D animation.

Hi!

sephquartz and I ventured in a 2D animation project, or really, I didn't do much but the scoring, which of course, are 100% MT =)

He asked me to post a WIP update, so here it is.
The actual file is on my website, so hurry there and get it while it's still low on traffic Wink

Some words about the clip then.
Well it's approx 3min long.

*switching to deep rugged voice of Jack-the-trailer-man*
A fatally ill girl.
A paper.
At the edge of time.
When dreams are larger than life.

*resetting voice to status quo*
Hrm.
Click image to go to my home page.

Cheers!

Really touching film! Was touched by it already when I read the script a half a year ago..

Really nice work on both animation and on music!

I know I was going to make a try to make music too, but I never got enough inspiration. You made a really good work, Json, which I wouldn't be able to do better anyway!

Is it possible for me to link this one to some other forums?

/Daniel

Thanks!

Notice that neither are finished.
I, for one, left the mixing for later, when the score is complete, so there's a bit of tacky stuff in the sound Wink

Hm, I dunno about postings, though...
Ah, well go ahead! =)
Just thought about the traffic to my website. Eat your heart out, I says.

Btw, länge sen sist.
Jag ids int' hoppa in i #madtracker längre, förutom när jag jobbar i MT.

Cheers!

very nice soundtrack... fits perfectly. Sometimes I even forgot about the music, but was still moved by it. That's power!

I'll just post it on one forum. I think it might be interesting there.

Just tell me if your server gets overheated and I'll delete the link Wink ..

Njäe, jag går oftast också in när jag jobbar med MT, så jag vet vad du menar Wink.

wheee i'm glad you guys enjoy it

it was hell making this film alone and with such short time span, json was with me through the process, and he did an awesome job.. i especially LOVE the choirs (we call them angels) singing at the last part... i want them louder but theres some technical problem with MT or something.

well the animation is roughly 90% done, theres still some couple fixings that i'll be doing as iterated by json, but for submission for college, this one will do Razz

c-frog can u let me know which forum u posted on? i wanna know if theres any feedbacks *gulp*. its the only way i can learn from my mistakes and not to repeat them in my future projects... if i'm gonna make anymore.. *shudder* Razz

Cheerio!

It's very nice. Thank you for this. I like the rough sketching-style and the huge eyes of the kid. Definately worth viewing.
