Yo!
I sat up last night doin' something I've never really tried doing in a tracker before "real" music.. Hehe.. With some piano.
It's a WIP so the mixing is not anything spectacular.. I just want to hear what you think of it! It's a little cheesey!

Almost done. Vocals left, and think I need some high-pitched things to balance things up in certain places...
Think I'll add some FX's also, just to fill up the background a little.. not much, but a little..
And I would guess it needs alot of mixing, I'm not very good at that though, so that's where you come in with your godlike producer skillz Any tips welcome!
Oh, yeah, almost forgot! Beware of the cheese! Haha... If I get it to a studio I'll add some disted guitars I think... |

feelin the cheese i would say the piano is the main perpetrator of said cheese, but heck, that bassline is lovely! makes me want to go out in the sun and eat ice cream (which, incidentally, i am just about to do). |

Haha Yeah, the piano is the cheesieator. But I intend to keep it that way, haha.. Just need a better sample.. or replace it with a VST...

its quite cheesy, but its nice to listen to. what did you do the piano with? i really like the sound of it, like its been recorded through a radio.
i think you need to eq the drums, the snare has a lot of mid frequencies, maybe a bit loud? the bass is nice, but sounds like its colliding with the kick.
the piano solo at 2:35 i really like btw. could i have a crack at remixing that part? it would go great with some vocals imo. |

The piano has been run through some wicked delay using OhmBoyz and I added some lo-fi to it with e-phonic's LOFI. glad you like it!
I know the drums need some work, I'm just don't really know what to do since I'm not very experienced when it comes to producing/EQ'ing/Mastering. Thanks for pointing that out, I'll see what I can do!
Of course you can remix it! I can put the mt2-file up if you'd like
Been thinking of adding some cheesey vocals myself, I just don't feel like singing in my headset mic.. -.- |

Y'know, I was [] that close to expecting a guitar solo at 2:42, and I'm not exactly sure why.
It reminds me of the old .XM format. <3 |

Haha, no, it didn't turn out as I though it would. But that's a good thing Hehe. You managed to decheese it quite much! I like it
Although I can't really say I hear my song in there Haha |
