hmm moody
ehm one thingy... get a better rain sample, because it's a lil' low quality, I wanna hear more of that thunder ^^
furthermore... I think the track is absolutely
Aw-fucking-some
the stuff that kicks in at 2.00 daymned... layed back... gives me the feeling I'm in a gawd damned jungle
but from 3.30 when the base starts playing... I kinda lose that.. too bad... and from there on it doesn't come back
ah it comes back at 7.30 |

Hmmh, a little girl lost at sea, rain comes down, she's down, the water even is down. Down down down we go, ho ho ho. But no worries, because we've got little birdies for dinner. (but what the heck are all those critters doing in my boat?) Land, girl sees land. An island, yeah, or maybe not. Gotta be careful, though. Thunder rolls in the skies, shelter shelter...
Nice soundscapes. What are aliens doing in my shelter! GGR MRR! This is gonna be BATTLE. The bass and the treble, I've got the bass, what do you got? I thought as much, nothing. I'm gonna kick your ass. Aliens all around, how am i gonna make it... Hmmh. Nice feeling this one has. Doom doom. Doomy bass and beat. I know hot the girl feels, alone, with those aliens. (just as a side note, those aliens are a bit pervert, but that's enough about it.)
So who came the winner? No one, actually. Swept by the waves, into the sea, there she lay, there she lay. Her lifeless body on the sea floor, aliens around. It makes you cry, doesn't it? |

i have to say i look forward to tracks from you. i have a maxus folder on my desktop that i listen to when i need to chill out (also have loads of ambeam stuff, check him out on ctg if you havent already, moonraker is incredible).
this track i really like. it makes me think of beaches (thats from the guitar), stars (thats the swirling arp), rain (thats obvious) and sleep. i hope these were the things you were aiming for.
the production is great, although, as g3 said, the rain sample wasnt great. the intro and outro of the track are great sections of ambient, and i like the darker bassline that starts thumping away at 3:40, it gives the track a purpose i think.
anyway enough rambling, great track, youre got another entry in my favourite ambient tracks folder and looking forward to the next track.
cheers
