I was looking through my old music files, and then I just realised that I have been using madtracker for about 7 years now, since 1999. Back then my tracks had good ideas but no technical skill on my part to make it half decent.
Madtracker has evolved unbelievably since then becoming more and more powerful. It feels like I have grown up with it, cheesy but true.
Funny thing is that I still don't know half the tracker effects used on the right hand side of the track column.
Anyway I started looking for the earliest person to join. 2003 has been the earliest I have found so far, but I'm gonna keep looking. |

Ok I have seen the memberlist so all users were re-entered in 2003 supposedly to a new forum I guess. My memory is a little hazy on this subject. |

Yeah, previously there was another forum of my own conception. I switched to phpBB in 2003.

Back then, there wasn't even a need for registration!
There was this tree-structure way around threads though, where several topics could grow from one post. It was kind of cool. :T |
