Experiential - One

New name and new direction for me here. i deliberated over whether to post it as i seem to put a lot of tracks on here, but i decided i would cos i like sharing my music.

www.am-1.co.uk/tracks/Experiential_-_One.mp3

its sort of progressive house, with weird noises, cool percussion (of course), and gets a bit trancey, but not in a supersaw kind of way.
i wrote it all in one go in about 5 hours, it goes on a bit, but its meant to. anyway, ill leave it at that.

happy listening

andy

thanks g3!

it was a conscious decision not to put in a climax. the track is meant to flow up and down, and create an atmosphere, rather than get your blood boiling with excitement.
glad you like it though.

cheers

You've got the moody stuff and percussion going but,

MIX DOWN THE BASS GODDAMNIT!

It totaly dominates the song and takes too much focus from the good parts. Sad I had to turn down my woofer lots to hear anything and I like bass-dominated stuff.

Otherwise this is a real good listen. As usual, Andy delivers. Very Happy

haha, thanks frazze, i did the mastering the day after going clubbing, which in retrospect was stupid. anyway ive amended the (way over the top) bass. thanks for pointing it out.

that plugin rules (lfx) there are 18 of it in this track, i dont think i used any presets though, theyre not particularly good. if anyone doesnt have lfx 1310 you should get it now.
