At least in that thread Yannick was hopefull the annual compo would not suffer from Inge jumping ship and Yannick himself taking some time too. But who knows, maybe he's taking a longer break than expected. Either way, the compos (as with much else around here) never followed a very precise schedule anyway, so I don't see any cause for alarm yet. |

i think never stop MadTracker, almost on my computer always it will survive!... but i'm worry about MadTracker software and all things around it.
I think Yannick and Inge can't grow with madtracker, because their "only 2 persons"... but i thing all people on Mad'community can make a good "explosion" around europe and other places of the NET making go up MadTracker...
nowadays, in fact, the unic "life" of MadTracker is this forum, MadTracker radio, and Mad'comunity...
maybe some of good Mad'users can help MadTracker.

personally speaking, comunity of elektromusika will be "loving" (only as an idea) if MadTracker WEB can have a "clone" in spanish, and maybe other languages.
from elektromusika, we can make it in spanish, if Yannick, Inge & moderators and other people of MadTracker would be interesting on it.
we can translate all you want. there's lot's of people making music with FastTracker and others, because Mad's only in english and French. i know some BIG trackers community from the Central-America and of course from spain that not know nothing about madtracker becaouse of the idiom.
there's much people interested on it. maybe other people can translate to other idioms, is it??
and, others ideas!!

Sadly Inge is no longer with MT. he'll probably never leave the community but, is no longer the moderator we've come to love and look up too. Madtracker is synonymous with Yannick and became more enlivened with Inge. My only question is who will take his place? And, n0n want compo, n0n want compo now!. hehe. J/k, I know it will come when it’s ready  . |

I've always seen the compo as something extra, not something that for sure will occur each year. The "It'll hapen, just late..." news are good news in my ears considering Yannick is on a break and all. |
