Are these good for producing music on madtracker? Do they replace the need for good desktop speakers? |

Yes, having both is pretty much a must. I have both, but since I live with my gf, I can't use the monitors at all times even though I'd like to. For me, having a pair of headphones with good damping of surrounding noises (such as the gf) is truly a must, which is why I've ordered the HD 25's. |

You realy can't go wrong with the HD25 I use them all the time in studio, live and dj work. It's always good to see the faces of people that hear them for the first time, they can't expect the sound to be so good for such small phones...
And they just look good |

So true. First time I saw these headphones in a store here in Oslo the price-tag said 2500 NOK (308 EURO) and I was like "-that's ridiculous!" since they look kinda cheap, but the second I tried them I think my chin landed on the floor and I was convinced that I must have these headphones. Luckily I've now managed to find a pair for a more reasonable price (124 EURO) and I'll have the headphones within two days. Yay! |
