I cant duplicate your problem. when i type 250BPM it doesnt raise to 1000, so try to disconnect the other programs and see if you cant isolate the problem that way.

when i have made my beat in the drumpattern(tempo 250bpm)and i hit play then when it plays,in the tempo-bar(or what you call it)the number changes to 1000,000
get madtrackers tempo to follow my other sequencers tempo(reaper
it does it when i dont use rewire,i dont think it does when i rewire(still have to check that one,but also when i rewire is there a way i can make madtracker to follow my other sequencers(reaper)tempo,i need to manually change to 250bpm in madtracker

Don't really understand, but couldn't it be that you have to put a , instead of a . ? When you start a new song, the tempo is 125.000, but if you change it to i.e. 250.000, it goes wild, like in your problem. You have to set it to 250,000.
