do you use hardware synths via MIDI or sample them? |
No, its just my principle to use only samples and VSTs. |

I wanted to use, but some weird system errors force to sample them! |

Both. I use it via midi and sample it to duplicate if possible. |

ALWAYS MIDI, I have lot of them and sampling the synths is rare to me. |

Posted: Wed Oct 31 2007 02:16 "Stop notes" command to MIDI port too, PLEASE!! |
 |
when I press the space to stop the module
it will stop only sample and VST voices, but not the hardware synth voices, I have to press the panic button to kill the notes on hardware synths. And so EACH time when I stop the module when working with hardware synths,
BECOUSE Madtracker does not send out the "stop notes" command to MIDI ports? WHY?
can these 2 featured as one keypress so that when pressing
space it will send out to all midi ports the "kill notes" command or similar?
Please include this feature also.
Each time when I stop the module, I have to press the panic button also. 2 keypress when stopping module! |

i have always just changed the volume ramp in an automation.
|
example please?
How it could look like this automation which assings "panic" button also to module stopping?
(So far I understood that the volume automation does not halt the volume if module stopped.)
I am quite tired with this endless "space and panic button" combination. |
