I have an instrument that is multi-timbral, but Im having a little trouble. I went thru the tutorial, but didn't really learn anything. My problem is that if I place notes with an instrument on, say channel 1, and then try to place notes with a different instrument while on channel 2, the instrument that plays is whatever instrument the current channel is on. How can I make track 1 play the flute (for example) on channel 1, while track 2 plays the sax listed on channel 2? Currently only one instrument will play all of the notes, depending on the channel that Im on... |

After thinking about it, I think I know what I need to do - I was trying to use the multi-timbrality within one VST instrument being open. Im stupid, haha. I'll try loading a new instrument, setting the instrument to the VST and then putting that instrument on channel 2. Two separate instruments, one on channel 1 and the other on channel 2. |
