Done & uploaded. I did track #4, leaving track #3 empty for whoever is next.
Btw: I fixed Amok's automation. His hats now fade in and out like the other tracks do.

I think that you counts as nr 3 now.
I don't think that you can change someone else track, even if it's an improvement... |

I know. I could have said nothing, but being the kind of guy I am, I thought I'd mention it. If Amok wants to have it removed it's fine, but he didnt put much effort into his track so I doubt he cares. (He did a simple highhat 3 hits except on the beat, a delay, then copy pasted thru entire song without a single alteration or adjustment to what was in the song beforehand). |

Can you upload the track Souleye?
You can use Trax in Space if your low on webspace, But I suggest you should then block the song until we all can declare it as finished
About the changes you made on Amok's hihats
Fine by me I gues, Unless he doesn't like the changes ofc.
I think we all agree that helping each other a bit to make the track sound better shouldn't be a problem.

The song resides gently on the chainsong FTP. Feel free to snatch it whenever you want. |

I made this to give the song some structure. The kick alone appeared pretty chaotic to me. At least i couldnt figure out the beat only by hearing the kick. Thats the reason why. But if you think it should be removed... who cares... |

I understand your dilemma. But I don't think it should be removed, since it still works. I would actually want you to have another go at it now (the song is shaping up a little more now) since I've heard your other songs and they kick ass. We both love the same style.
Actually, I wasn't talking about removing your track AT ALL, dude. I made some automation to make your hats fit in a little better (fadings), and I was asking if THAT AUTOMATION should be removed. And if so, this is YOUR choice!
Go back in, redo the hats, and make me proud! |

No, its okay. I had to choose beetween some delay on the hats or the filter automation because normally you can only use one effect per track. So i decided for the delay coz i think the hats in themself sound a little bit too spartanic...
And i didnt want to make THE Amok track. My intention was to help the following artists by getting some structure into the song. Nor more or less...
So, if you think it works it will work for me too. im pretty sure. |

Many automations are available on one track even if only one effect is active as I'm sure you know. The volume fader that I used had no other impact on your sound other than those fades in the beginning and end, whereas if left untouched they'd keep playing along alone solo for 2 entire patterns. |

So... I don't see any activity at all from Axlzero451. Do we recycle the list of users? Shall we revert to "dibs"? I'm getting impatient here! |
