You say your guitar is connected to your pc, have you tried any other recording tools such as audacity ? and can you sample the raw guitar sound, if that's the case I got news for you. If not, keep trying and come back and read this again.

In case you succeded.

1. Download Steinbergs Sequel trial, you don't have to use it though it is a nice software, but you need the Asio drivers that comes with the installation. Install

http://www.sequel-music.net/try-it.html

2. Download Chainer demo install

http://www.kvraudio.com/get/261.html

3. Run Madtracker and go to settings, audio options, change driver to asio directx full duplex.

4. Run Chainer go to the settings and choose the same driver.

5. in the first instrument bar in chainer choose input (your connected guitar)

6. In the next instrument bar choose any effekt for you guitar. (Fuzz, Guitarrig etc.)

7 Run your song/loop from madtracker, go back to chainer

8 in chainer press F3 for record, F4 for stop and F5 to listen.

9 save capture in Chainer

10 add new sample in Madtracker and load in your new sampled guitar.
