I am trying to connect MT2 (trial) and Renosie via rewire, with renoise running as host. It's all working, except that i can only select channel 0 to 7 in renoise, one at a time. How do i get the master channels?
I'm very thankful for any input. |

Oh wait, might be that you're using an unregistered copy of mt2. |

D Vibez! =)
I was thinking about that too.
If someone could verify that a registered version gives me access to all tracks separately, plus master, i would be happy to register it (and also verify that an unregged version only rewires the first 8 tracks, so i don't buy the software in vain). Renoise doesn't have a good .xm import/playback, and rewiring it with mt2 seems to be a great alternative. |

I registered the software but the problem persists. I still only see 8 channels in my rewire host (renoise). Anyone? |

Make sure you're using the Rewire.mtx that you can download from your registered access area.
(This is for the Pro version only though.) |

I have only the normal registered version. That won't work?

The free version of MadTracker only exports 8 channels. To have all the tracks available as well as the master track, you need the registered version.

Nope, it needs the pro. Sorry about the confusion. |
