If you are hawing problems recording "what you hear" in win7 and wista - try this: http://blog.taragana.com/index.php/archive/how-to-enable-recording-in-windows-vista-and-windows-7/ I had to update my dribers in order for it to work.

I had to update my drivers in order for it to work.

I just use the Freecoder Toolbar in my browser (firefox)
Lets me record anything I can hear on my Win7 x64 computer.
