i love the bass sample in track 6 however i need more variation there.

the noise made by the sample in track 21?
what is that? get rid of it. it's a cross between a frog and a drippy faucet.

The melody made by the sample 02 i love it. never ever ever change it!! however just like the bass it gets a bit repetitive. so you might want to change it a bit somewhere.
