Okay let's start with the good news, It sounds good, the reverb is a bit too much but overall it gives a nice ring. Not a bad composition at all...
...if it were entirely your composition... Too bad you ripped the whole samplepack from an old 4 track song(even the samplenames are the same). Next time if you rip, do it good, because the drumlines and the squeek sounds and thyhm are nice but they are the same as in the old song. Although it's an average song i would say: create your own.
