Melodic trance. We follow the basic intro with drums only, then enters a pretty cool bassline which starts to drive the tune forward. We come to the break, where were introduced to the lead melody. It's a beatiful melody mind you, the one played with instr. 15. Really a moodsetter. But then enter the mandatory trance strings once again, and destroy the mood at least for me. why? why not another instrument? This track could be soo in my taste would it not have those trance strings (I'm talking about instr. 22 and the way it's used after the break).

Technically it's an excellent tune. Well panned, the track has a good depth and width. I like how the various melodies in the beginning integrate into each other so well. Sample quality is great also, and the mix is very good. Everything has a place.

Well, if you like melodic trance with the usual ingredients and structure, and a beautiful melody in the break, this ones for you. Not a trendsetter though.

Although trance has never done anything for me, from an objective point of view, I have to score this song quite high in some areas - it is very well mixed, and would probably receive the final touch only by use of a compressor to tighten up the low-end and even out the mix (as compression is not possible with MT2, this will of course not affect how I score the song, it's just a personal remark to the author!) - I wouldn't be surprised if this track makes top 5.
