| Roll The drums a remix by S.K Ramsoedit. It's a dutch hardhouse track. It's good withing the genre I guess. The strange background beat distrects me from listening, it is realy annoying. The whole composing is good, with the typical bass sound. I don't like the genre but this track fits in it so it's ok I guess. | |||||||||||

| Title 'Roll the drums', subtitle 'most irritating snaredrum ever'. This average, not-original trance track really has the most irritating artifact ever! The maker decided to put a snare at every 5th line, giving the good old shoot-me-through-the-head-I-don't-wanna-listen-anymore effect. There are some positive things which must be mentioned; there's a nice filtered hi-hat loop which makes the song sound more pro, the overall structure is okay, there's a nice, original (as far as I know) speech and maybe there's even potential here. But there also are negative things. Much of them. The open hihat isn't straight, but used at irregular intervals, creating beats which just aren't beats. This, in combination with the fake 'phat' bassdrum and the aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh please remove it snare, doesn't add up to the listen-friendlyness of the song. The bassline is directly taken from the klubbheads, there's this like-we-never-heard-that-before alarm and horn and the leadmelody with the who-ever-expected-someone-would-use-the-tiesto-sound isn't amusing to listen to. To the artist: you made a song which could be better. Much better. Start with reprogramming the beats, because they really are very irritating. Use more original sounds.
