Really repeative beginning. Massive lenght. You just dont want to wait these 2.40 min just for the first theme to start. But after 3 min or so, it gets pretty much better. After 3.50 the main-theme starts, but I have to say, that the instruments doesn't really sound that good together.
Arranged in a too usual way. It doesn't show anything new. You get pretty tired of the theme, when it comes back for about the third time. When you make a song with this massive lenght (almost 11 min) you have to have a great deal of creativity and it cant be this repeative.

Control the galaxy a Hard-House track by Wesley Blume.

The build up is quite slow, but good but due to the slow buildup it might not realy turn out right in the clubs, but as track itself it doesn't matter.
The beat realy kicks, and that's what's needed in this music.
Your melody part is ok, but maby a more 'convincing' bass line would make things spicy.

Overal a nice hard-House track!

Control the galaxy is a hardtrance track in the line of tiesto/ferry corsten. This sound, which everyone wants to make nowadays, doesn't add to the originality, but it is performed quite well in this song. The overall sound is good, with energetic beats, good leadsynths (very clean & phat!), a groovy bassline and nice melodies. Negative about this song is the length and the mix. The melody consists of two instruments, which seem to push eachother away from the listener; they are both too dominant. The length (10 minutes) isn't filled in properly; nothing much happening apart from what I've heard in the first 4 minutes when listening to the last 6 minutes. You need a good reason to make a song this long, especially for a competion.

To the artist: first of all, make a more compact mix of this song, let's say 4 or 5 minutes. Second, listen very good to your mix; use frequency filters or panning to keep the instruments atleast a little bit apart from eachother to make the whole sound more transparent. The tiesto-leadsynth is just too hard, which removes the power of all other instruments. What also could be very interesting is the usage of the filter-automation on your tiesto-synth; if you would alter it constantly it would sound much more dynamic and fresh than the constant sound it produces in the current track.
Last thing: remove the toms or change them for better sounding ones; they really fall out of the sound and are mainly irritating
