When looking at my "About MadtTracker"-box [for about 10mins] I get "Are you ready for MadTracker 3?" at the bottom. A line, that from the beginning was empty.
It just popped up. Just like that!
What's that suppose to mean?
Yannick, you're hiding popups here and there, are you, eh?
On subliminal level.
"Please go buy an UZI, and while you're at it, kill the creators of BUZZ, ModPlug and Sk@le, will you?" |

Someone was finally bored enough to discover my little easter egg.

There are more of them. I might make a thread about them, since Yannick seems to be rather fond of these eggs. So post your discoveries here!

There are more eggs in MT2?
I learnt something now... Well, that's quite good eggs then, since the author itself is not even aware of their presence.
Bugs are not eggs btw.

I have always known them as "easter eggs"
I suppose it depends on where you live.. or where you you originally heard it from?
I just draw this parallel:
Easter eggs are traditionally hidden suprises.
(does this make Yannick the easter bunny?)
as is the case of hidden code within a program that can be activated by a certain sequence of events.
Eastern egg..? the only time I can ever remember someone using that term was, when an "easter egg" popped up on a MAC program. you know how mac people are.. thinking `different` and all. Very stubborn bearded race of judgmental computer users.
How many Microsoft staff does it take to change a light bulb?
None.. they just declare darkness as the industry standard
How many Apple Mac staff does it take to change a light bulb?
100.. one to change the bulb, 99 to design the t-shirts

Yannick, does being able to type in the about box have anything to do with the MT3 easter egg?
edit 3
I saw it! I saw it! I saw it!
I swear that being able to type in the about box has something to do with it |

Not at all. That is a little bug, not an easter egg or feature.
