Using C3 with Cakewalk GTPro2. HELP!!

I downloaded C3 and I'd like to use it for mastering in Cakewalk Guitar Tracks Pro 2.
However when I open the effects box in GTPRO2 I can't get C3 to appear as one of the available effects.

Does anyone know what I need to do?? Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

No that's not it. Cakewalk is a software program for multitrack recording. I have other plugin effects but for some reason I can't get C3 to appear in the effects box so I can use it in Cakewalk Guitar Tracks Pro 2.

Is C3 pretty easy to use??

Could the problem be that I need the msvcr71.dll ??
I read in the read me file in the C3 program that I need to have this installed and I have no idea what it is or if I have it or where to get it.

How do I go about getting it so I can use C3??

Maybe you should try in the C3 or Cakewalk support forum.

Even though we have a plugin database, this website is (mainly) about MadTracker. We can't give you support about something else - not because we don't want to help, but because it's off-topic and we don't know Cakewalk enough to troubleshoot you.
