intro is nice and makes me feel awaiting something dark.
kickdrum is far too bassy and long and seems to be not correct aligned to the rest...or you used too much attack rate.
the sidechaining for the bass itself is always more some kind of taste as if there would be any reciep to do it right...some prefer it hard and pumping, others decent in a small flow. in your case it´s the same as the kick - attack rate seems to be too long. it feels like you use the complete length kickdrum as the impulse for the sidechaining.
from the intro you could start doing something nice and dark, but the bass and kickline should be overdone and improved.
nighty
p.s. in german: bist du eigentlich auch in nem brauchbaren deutschen forum aktiv? weil in dem wo ich zur zeit rumkrauche sind irgendwie nur kiddies am werk :E |
