 |
Everytime I open my old files that I made with the older version of MT2 I get a message that says: This file has been made with a cracked version of MadTracker.
Is there anyway to fix this, none of these files where made with any cracked version of anything. |

Enonimis' buddy, here? How sweet
As for the problem: the files must be made with an older version of MadTracker that used a cracked .dat file, or there is a hickup in MadTracker recognisition of the legality of modules.
If you're *sure* that the MT2 was made in a proper, nice, and tidy version of MadTracker, send the song (stripped of all huge components, since it's the MT2 header that counts, not the samples) to info@madtracker.org, so Yannick can take a look (like a real binary brain surgeon).
If you're *less sure* that the MT2 was made in a proper, nice and tidy version of MadTracker, then go here and sacrifice three nights of your life for migrating the content of these MT2's to a new one.
Eitherway: good luck.
And say hi to Enon.

You're mistaking him with Sick Valentine, who trust me isn't technically inclined enough to post anything in any forums. Nice sentiment though!
