Much belated post this, but it was tricky for me to verify if it was XMPlay (my player of choice) or MadTracker that renders the rarely used Rxx effect erroneously. I just verified that it is MadTracker by running FT2 in DOSbox.

Well.

MadTracker plays these effects with one beat missing; it sounds as if you had used a R03 effect instead of R04 and so forth. At least I think that's accurately described. It's wrong in any case.

Hope you can fix this.

Hmm...

Maybe I should've posted this in the Concerning MadTracker 2.5 RC bugs thread but I chose not to because it's, AFAIK, a bug in all versions prior.

Shoot me if I did wrong anyway.
