what is the purpose of the so called usergroups? and why are there only such a small number of people in the registered user group?

Well, it isn't exactly necessary at the moment, since everyone can write their own reviews. It might be wise, since only Enig and Yannick monitor reviews, to let new reviews appear in such a room, where the members there can approve or dissaprove the review. Maybe a good idea?

Yeah it is, but I think that a fixed panel of reviewers also will be nice, although the same people are making reviews in the music section, maby adding them to the review-group will stimulate other users to make more reviews aswell, and it will probable deliver a steady supply of reviews to the music section by the reviewers that are already in the review group.
