Wave Export problem

Evil or Very Mad Wave export problem:
when exporting tune all BUT one track come out
i.e one track export to .wav

Does that track contain VST?

Yeah the track had two vst; polyiblit (syth) and classic phaser (effect)

BUT one of the other tracks also had two VST ; oxesynth (synth) and classic phaser (effect) and did come out...

What happens if you change the track of the polyiblit?

i tried exporting that track on its own but it came out silent

I mean apply the polyiblit VST to another track. And see if that other track gets muted as well.

i moved it from track 8 to track 5

but no luck

maby the iblit is set at the wrong samplerate, or maby you've set your waveexport to high... Most vst's work great at 44.1khz @ 16bit, but if you change your settings ( for example : 48Khz @ 24bit ) some vst's won't work anymore because they dont give any output at that rate...

So try different settings of the wave-export, this worked for me atleast!

thanks for the advice, i tried various sound qualities with no joy but then i managed to get a new sound card and the problem is fixed, Yeah! Very Happy

WTF? That sounds quite odd. Can you tell me the names of your old and your new soundcard? I can only imagine that the old soundcard didn't really support certain bitrates or frequencies.
