Madtracker (2.3.2) has just started frequently crashing on me with this error:
exception EAccessViolation dans le module MT2.exe a 000A9B6F.
Violation 'd'acces' a le 004a9b6f dans le module 'MT2.exe'. Lecture de l'adresse 0281d000
I can be working on the module for a few minutes, then when I hit RIGHT ALT to start/stop playing the pattern I get this crash.
MT has been pretty stable on me up until a few days ago, so I'm surprised to be getting this kind of fatal error.
Can I do anything to prevent it? Anyone know what is causing this?
Thanks! |

Any chance you try this with MT 2.5 RC5 fix2? Chances are that the problem may be already fixed...

Thanks for the reply! I've downloaded and installed MT 2.5 RC5 with fix2. Hasn't crashed in first few minutes of testing yet. Will let you know.
I noticed the wave export is now grayed out. I am a registered user, and it does recognize that correctly in the 'About' menu. I also have the wave.mtx extension in place, so not sure why wave export is not available...? |

For each version of MadTracker (including fixes), you have to install the corresponding registration files. Check the registered users page to download them.

I've been using 2.5 RC5 for a few months now, and no problems. Thanks! |

OK, thanks for the feedback!
Now you may want to try the RC6...
