Hi Im a new "music maker" at madtracker. And Im making alot of rock but now i was trying alittle to make a Rap song.
And ill see what you think about it now.
But how to put the song here??? |

where have you got your music hosted? if you're on madtracker and have set up a site got to registered users, hosting, then your ftp link.
i usually right click and send link, this opens up your email (outlook on my comp), with the link in it (this way you know the link will be correct), you can then copy this into your forum post and will be a link.
If you arent on madtracker go to wherever hosts your music and do the same (right click on the link for your tune...). hope this helps.

we're not talking about registered forum user, we're talking registered madtracker user (which means you paid 40 euro's (or 20 if you didn't want wave export)). i have a feeling this is not the case with you. however, i'll help you out a bit: go to www.soundclick.com, make an account, and upload your songs there. then, open a new topic, and give us a link to your soundclick page (direct download links won't work), so we can have a listen. |

Sounds like very amateur to me. The part where the 'piano' starts to play is off key with the 'bassline'. I don't like the intro at all, takes way too long, and it isn't that interesting. Don't like the clap as well.
Also, I really don't follow what the bassline is doing in the beginning, it starts off ok, but then the melody just starts wandering around in space. The siren is cheesy, and ends too abrupt.
The ending is just plain crazy, it makes no sense at all. |

Well, first the obvious. Rap music ain't rap if it doesn't have the rap 
Second, I don't feel the floor shaking with this one. In other words the drums lack power. The clap should really smack you around the ears and the kick should kick you in the ass.
You got the monotonous part down alright, but that only works in real rap music because the vocals are up front. So for this rapless rap music to work, the structure of the song would have to be much more interesting.
In short. Write down some lyrics/raps to put on top of this and then post it again |
