kay kids, time for a change 
I present: (drum rolls and all that stuff)
TEH CRAP COMPO!
(drum break with cymbals)
The rules:
0) no actuall music allowed (read the site faq)
0) white and pink noise allowed
1) all formats allowed including modules and mp3s and whatever (altho mp3 is kinda prefered)
5) the best piece of shit wins (also read the faq)
The deadline is quite short: 30th of May, 2006
But I don't think you need such a long time to make up some crap, right?

Alright People!
The compo is now officially closed and not accepting any more entries!
Let me just sum up what's been going on in the last week as you wait patiently for the ratings and results
- The Compo begins.
- 8 entries in the first 24 hours, as well as over 100+ hits on the webiste.
- Positive and not-so-positive feedback from forums like: CTG Music, Renoise.com, Modplug Central and the not-sopositive feedback from Madtracker.org 
- All-in-all, there are 19 entries, PartySan's 'How to (de)tune Your Guitar in 10 Easy Lessons' concluded the compo.
- 440 hits to the website as I'm typing this.

Well, I can only say that this compo is going on the right direction...
I can only say that if you choose to wait for the ratings and reviews, you'll have a big surprise! And of course, it's the only time you can actually download and listen to all the crappy entries!!

Guess there was to much going on here at madtracker.org - so this initiative didnt get the attention it got elsewhere. Maybe next time... |
