I've just been going through some old game/demo music and thought it would be nice to share our old favorites!

I will make multiple posts and just post a couple for now to get things moving.

Nebulos by Audiomonster.... Absolutlely brilliant! 4 tracks, 1 sample for drums and bass, LOVE IT!!

LED Storm game music... loved the game.. LOVED the soundtrack! http://amp.dascene.net/downmod.php?index=34836

Share yours please!!

Edit: I've added links to both in case you don't know the tunes!

One of the coolest modules ever made is also one of the first ever made!

Rallyemaster by mr Karsten Obarski, the creator of Ultimate Soundtracker, the grandfather of the whole tracking scene (and a great nostalgic memory for me from the end of the eighties).

http://amp.dascene.net/downmod.php?index=37476

It's in STK-format, which is a former and more limited way of saving modules, which was released before the mod-format in later Soundtracker versions were available.

It's fully playable with Deliplayer 2.

Also listen to the tune Amegas which was made by him too, and was commercially used in a game with the same name. It was a breakout/arcanoid clone.

It's saved in ordinary module (mod.#? ) format (but was released from the beginning in the stk-format aswell), which is also best played with Deliplayer 2.

More about Karsten Obarski is available here:

Happy listening Smile

Yeah I know Amegas... absolute classic!!

the stk. will work on madtracker if .mod is added at the end... listening now.. not as good as Amegas IMO.

I remember getting Amegas very early on in my first tracking days and being very impressed with the melodies.

Good stuff! Smile

Yes, very good stuff Smile.

I just read in the interview that Amegas was the first tune ever created with Soundtracker..

So, ladies and gentlemen, if you listen to Amegas, you will listen to the first tune ever made with the tracker concept.

Hmm, well I will this time only post a link to a Finnish game called Taso.

The track Shadow To Light is still after years and years just SO great. Ah. Note also Baylights, Miksi, Files Deleted In Anger and... Well, the whole of it! You don't have to play the game, the musics are there in XM/S3M format.
