ok this site is just too sweet to keep for myself. Dunno if it's big or if it's just now starting up, but the idea behind it is that you type in some artists that you like and then the radio plays that and simular artists back for you, for free. First I thought it would only have like radio shit music but found most of my favourite stuff there like rjd2, bonobo, quantic etc.

monkey radio http://www.monkeyradio.org/ got competition!

yep, have heard of it. But last time I checked it turned out it wasn't so free after all (they wanted me to sign up for a subscription after 5 or so tries). But maybe they've changed it now?

I registred directly so I wouldn't know but it was free and the only thing is that there is some ads on the site which don't really bother me since I never have the site up anyway.

You have to register after a few tries, but there is the option to select the free version with ads instead of the pay version.

right ok, then I think it has changed since I last looked at it. If I remember correctly there was no ad-supported version back then. I'll have to look into it again then, becuase it really is a cool system Smile

The best thing with ad-supported websites is that you get kickass features, and can surf it normally if you have some ad-killer apps running
