Thank you that you are developing the Madtracker and it is very great
becouse of multi OS support and even supports WIN98 etc. Very good, but I
have problem with midi interface,
MIDI out problems:
* it ocassionally will "miss" the outgoing
event or does not send always "note off" messages to synthesizers (tested with several synthesizers) and the same error always. Noticeable more with pattern change with song playback.
MIDI in problems:
* the note off messages are recorded to the wrong channel when making multitrack mode recording from MIDI keyboard.
machine has no background processes running and it is AMD 2500 running with 1GB RAM and WIN98SE with unofficial service pack, MT using ASIO with m-Audio Delta 1010LT soundcard.
great good software, and I would like to register it even
but those bugs are really annoying. |

this one I resolved now myself with one workaround many months ago... The error is with M-audio cards with ASIO buffer. Strange that midi errors "went away" if ASIO buffer is kept small (300..528 samples).
But still...another problem which is always -- when I press the space/stop then note-off commands are sent ONLY to VSTs. |
