Hey,
I'm making a very melodic trance song this summer and I need some nice strings to accompany them. Anyone know a sample site they could recommend to me?
I would love some nice violin strings, brass strings, etc.

For strings and things, I'd recommend merlin_gmv22.sf2. A lot more realistic than the old 5MGM and 8MGM soundfonts. Also, they don't try to fob off the loops with pseudo-vibrato.
It's pretty big though, so get the free paax2 plugin to open it (thank you oldbrian!) It only opens the soundfont you're using, not the whole library. |
