Don't know if y'all have heard of www.ocremix.org.
It's a rather big site about game remixing.
The forum is great, especially the Competition part.
There's a compo called PRC, wich is held every other week. Everyone can submit, everyone can vote, and the winner gets to pick the next compo's source tune.
Really fun, and I've had a little success by coming 5th, 2nd and 2nd in the compos I have submitted to.
