I did a little research and it seems to me that dance mega drums are quite decent single hit drum collections.
But there are 3 parts of them:

dance mega drums
dance mega drums vol 2
dance mega drum kits

I think buying all of them would be a little overkill. So i'm sitting and thinking now, wich of them would be the best bet. I might buy even 2 of them, if they really complement each other.

Can somebody help me there?

And one thing more. If the sample cd is in audio format then the only way to use these samples is to rip tracks to HD in wav format and then slice them up?? Crying or Very sad

I can't compare the cd's for you, but I do know that single audio tracks are little work to transform to single waves. Simply use Wavelab or Soundforge, which will digitally extract every audio track to a wavefile. Save all files afterwards, and they are all on your hdd. Won't be more than a few minutes work.

yeah, but i think that there are many samples in one audio track, not just one.

If you're looking for drums, check this out:
http://www.linplug.com/Products/RM_IV/rm_iv.htm

Since MT2 doesn't support VSTi's, you can use Chainer to "extract" the samples:
http://www.xlutop.com/html/chainer.html

The RM IV CD contains about 1GB of drum samples, all high quality in various styles. I wouldn't waste my money on an audio CD with drum samples, because you'll get a lot less than you'd expect.

After all is said and done, more is said than done.
