How do I get hmtl and files onto my web hosting here? |

I am totally new to internet hosting, and I am trying to get some of the music I have written in madtracker over the last few years onto my web hosting here. I downloaded an FTP transfer client and tried to log on to "madtracker.net" with the username and password I use to access my 'registered user' information, but it won't give me access. Am i using the wrong ftp address / username / password? Or am I just doing it completely wrong?

I came across that problem myself. Let me see if I remember how i fixed it. oh yeah. in the ftp adresst change the "@" sympbold to a "." symbol and then use that as the ftp address. and when asked for your login name and password, give it the login name and password you use for the hosting account. thats it.
