Madtracker V2.3 conflicting with Madtracker 2.6.1 |

I have been using Madtracker 2.3 for years now and couldn't live without it as all my previous MODs over the years have been saved with the same licence.
the problem is I need to have Madtracker 2.6.1 installed on the same machine for using VST and general mastering. I even change the install destination to another folder but when installed both versions conflict still...
Madtracker 2.3 bugs and language turns into French and audio does not show. Madtracker 2.6.1 does not function correctly.
Is there a fix for this? I believe that it is a registry conflict...
If you could help that would be fantastic as Madtracker is my main music program  |

Hello kragle,
You cannot use 2 different versions of MT on the same computer without running into problems due to the registry indeed.
I strongly recommend you to use the latest version - which is fully backward-compatible with 2.3.
Is there any problem playing back your previous MODs with MT 2.6.1? |
