yea, this is easy, just play whatever you got in madtracker. open a wave editor hit record and record your keyboard or guitar or drums or vocals. might need a full duplex card for it but it works very very well. I do it with all my songs, then i just mess with the samples themselfs to create some unique untouched techneques.

oh i got cs6x, and tried in vain to get the 2 to sinc to record midi onto madtracker but saddly it dont work at all, even had problems with getting the sample to play correctly via midi.
and thats not with just recording. oh well found a way around it a much better and easier way around it.
