That orchestral piece's the Excalibur theme!
Those "spank my monkey" are from a flash animation, I daresay believe.
Same with the high pitched voices. From the "Supa Fly" series, right?
Newgrounds, what will they host next?

that "Orchestral Thingy" or the "Excalibur theme" is actually
"Fortuna Imperatix Mundi (O Fortuna)" by the composer Carl Orff.
