Troubble logging on with ftp |

using ws_ftp with the right loggs and passes, but still getting no authentication.

So I guess a password was used 
Are you sure you have it right? Capital letters etc. |

Think so yeah..,but is the login case-sensitive? I know it is in the password.. |
