Like lollie @ geocities: the only limitation is that the maximum filesize is like 3 mb, and that you need to zip, rar, pkzip, archive and compress your files into juice, that no direct linking is allowed, that any person trying to download gets popups (well, if they use IE without popupblocker, which is about 90% of the people out there) and that the url to your files is as long as the distance from my girlfriend to here.
So yeah, worth trying
