I'm really pissed. Not at you or MT, but I absolutely have no clue what to do next. I'm completely stuck. It is a total mess to download MT 2.5 The problem or problems are, is that I don't know how the buy-things-on-the-internet stuff works. Here is what is up. I've bought MT from you and I got a certain address or something. I don't know what I did with that address. What am I supposed to do with this address? I mean, when does it come in handy? I did not save it somewhere (I do have received the .DAT and stuff). Now I received an e-mail with links to download MT 2.5 now and when I want to download the .exe it won't submit my login and password, cause it is wrong. Second, do I have to activate my reistered user account AGAIN or if I already did it isn't neccesary? Have I already activated it actually? Third, it says cookies are required. Heck! I don't know crap about cookies. When do you get a cookie? When you visit the website? I am not on my own comp where I ordered MT. Does that have any influence? If not, how can I check if there is a cookie on this comp :S. Fourth, I don't know if I have a registered user account. When am I a registered user account? When I register on the forum or buy MT or else? Well, I think you get my point. I'm sorry for coming with this problem for the 3rd time, but I have no clue how it all works. Besides that...I don't even know where to mail when I have problems :S. Could you e-mail me about my info? Or if I don't need to know any of this, but just a new password or login, cause I don't remember both of them, could you e-mail me that? Lol, I'm a pain in the ass sigh....Thank you in advance... |

You already have activated your account. No need to activate it again.
Simply use the password-retreival form:
http://www.madtracker.org/registered.php?password
And enter your e-mail there. You'll be sent your login and a new password.
After that, you'll be able to log in again in the registered users page. Also, the links in the e-mail you received about the 2.5 will work.
If you have further question about the registered users page, feel free to e-mail us.

The forum and the registered users area are two different things. I haven't felt it needed nor convenient to merge the 2 databases.

Yannick...I keep getting the same authentic crap when I use the e-mail of MT2.5, but I can login in the Registered Users page and download MT 2.3, which I don't want to, cause I already have it. What is going on? |

I looked and it is 2.3.2 that I can download. Is it 2.3 Final or 2.3.2? What about the .exe? Can I just download an exe from the download page and use the .DAT and Wave Export on that one or do I have to use the .exe I always use? |

It is all OK now. I tried another comp. Had many problems getting it on my comp :S. There are some amount of bugs that I have noticed already, lol :S. I will post them where they should be posted when I have the time to do so...Thanx for the help |
