yo i have been changing my display options, and i was wondering what the spectrum analyser tick box does... i know what a spectrum analyser is but, the vox seems to do nothing... when i click on the 'EQ' button at the bottom of the main page a small spec analyser appears above each channel with the eq settings, however this happens irrespective of wether the spectrum analyis checkbox is checked or not, so what does the spectrum analyser check box do please? G xxx

Hi! What you see above the tracks are the frequency settings of the EQ in a parametric graphical view (lower frequencies, mids, Q, trebles, the higher the amplitude of that view the higher the gain of the affected frequencies). The Spectrum analyzer is a layer over this view if you play a sound. Since analyzing consumes cpu time you may switch it on or off to optimize CPU usage. Hope I could help BMX
